They have reason to impeach, but will they?
President Obama has been charged by Federal Appeals Court in D.C. with violating the U.S. Constitution by appointing three members to the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) without congressional approval while congress was still in session.
Now we can impeach him in order to stand trial.
