As the United States faces new threats from foreign forces, a collapsing economy and a President that is trying to disarm the citizens and firing military leaders that refuse to fire on American Citizens, it is no wonder Americans are losing faith in their government. New reports keep coming about surveillance with drones and attacks by drones against U.S. Citizens. Many people not only do not trust their government but fear it. ‘When the government fears the people it is called a freedom, when the people fear the government it is tyranny,’ I believe it was Thomas Jefferson that said that. Many say if our own military is going to fire on us we are forced to accept it as how it is going to be. But that is not true at all.
The oldest military force in the country still is fighting for the Citizens of the United States and to preserve and protect the United States Constitution. It is not the Navy, Air Force, Army, United States Marine Corps or the Coast Guard. It is not the State Guard or the National Guard. It is often the most misunderstood and misconceived branch of service. It is the State Militia. It is comprised of Active and prior Military, Law Enforcement, Doctors, Lawyers, Politicians, Truck Drivers, Welders, Sanitation workers, nurses, Chefs and short order cooks. It is comprised of loyal citizens just like you, many are your neighbors and you may never know it unless they are pressed into service. I myself am a member. I tell you not for notoriety or fame but to be honest with you. I am writing from what I know. I am your point of reference for some of this article, however there are extensive referances at the end of this article as well. If you believe me or not, is up to you. I have nothing to gain by telling you this, but could lose very much.
I help recruit and I am part of the screening process, I can tell you great care is taken in who we recruit. We need loyal stable people to fill our ranks for our safety as well as yours.
Something great is happening in the Militia today. More and more citizens are waking up to the fact that we are facing a possible hostile takeover of our country from our government. We are seeing people joining daily and the militia is growing into a formidable legal force for, of and by the “People” of The United States.
A new found love of Country seems to be spreading as my phone rings at all hours and my email is constantly filled with new recruits applying to become soldiers, to protect the Constitution, of this Great Land and all that dwell in it. Militias are getting literally hundreds of new members across the country day in and day out. We are seeing men and women of all ages and walks of life join to fight if necessary. We even had one 12 year old young man in Kentucky call up wanting to fight for his freedom. We have military and law enforcement people that realize the importance of what we are doing that are joining.
More people are starting to see that there is strength in numbers. Some are joining because their Sheriffs have taken a stand to preserve the Constitution and they want to be part of the forces that will back them up if they are forced to fight the government. People are joining because they realize for the first time in a long time they can make a difference. This out pouring of Patriotic sense of duty is the greatest I have seen since Sept 11, 2001.
The American people see the Department of Homeland Security growing too big and too powerful. They see the government allowing the President to go around congress and make laws illegally, yet he is hardly ever challenged. When he is taken to court on such matters the rulings are ridiculous. One such ruling was made recently in Florida where a judge hearing an eligibility case against the President quoted the movie Miracle on 34th Street, instead of constitutional law for the basis of his decision.
Wednesday Jan 23, 2013, the Department of Homeland Security led a raid on a home in Albuquerque, NM. Other agencies involved were SWAT, The County Sherriff’s Deputies and the FBI. No arrest was made, yet they took dozens of guns and other property from the home, yet would give no reason for the raid. This appears to be the first of what will be a nationwide gun ban. A ban that the President intends to enforce by kicking in doors and taking firearms allowed citizens under the Constitution, by force. He has given orders to shoot you if you resist.
Will you try to defend your home alone? Do you have what it takes to hold off a whole military movement directed at your home? Or, will you join forces with other citizens and community leaders that are willing to lay down their life to protect your life and rights. The Militia will be the New United States Military the day the Current United States Military turns its guns on you.
There is now a changing of the guard. Someone who has been around a long time is getting ready to stand guard duty once again as the wolf stands at your door.
